Waited outside since 850 am. Said they opened at 9 am. At 904 I saw a parts source guy drive in and make eye contact with me waiting outside. He went into the back and at 915 still had not opened the door, now there was a line up of clients. I ran to the back to ask if they would be able to open and serve us and they casually said “ no we are too busy and short staffed” . I called them S heads because they should at least communicate with us. Horrible people here
I was at Parts Source purchasing some filters. Was treated very well by one of the staff. The filter I purchased turned out to be the wrong size and needed to be replaced. The exact same filter about a quarter inch smaller was a little more money. I questioned the gentleman who I was dealing when and a man whose name tag said James B. Asst manager told the clerk serving me to get me out of the store. Luckily for me most of the staff witnessed the exchange and all thought at no time was I aggressive or out of line.
