Update: July 25th, 2025. I received a call yesterday from the Store Manager (I guess the other gentleman I was speaking to wasn’t the SM) who apologized for the issue and offered to exchange the battery, test it as it’s going out to make sure it’s good, extend the warranty by 6 months and provide me with two $25 gift certificates. I came in today and she had everything prepped and even tested the battery and showed me the voltage of 12.58v. I was happy. Update: July 22nd, 2025. I received a generic reply today from Canadian Tire/Partsource stating they are sorry for my issue and that they will pass along my info to the “Regional Manager”. No promise of a call or rectifying of my issue. Terrible. I purchased a new battery with a three year warranty on June 3rd, 2022. Battery worked fine until April 26th, 2025 when it failed.
