I had to find new luggage nuts for the car, as the key for the locking nuts broke. I spoke to Alex, he enlightened me as to how we needed to get an extractor piece to remove the locking nut. He sold me replacement nuts for all tires. He was very patient with me, explained everything I needed, and where to to get the part. 10 out of 10!!! A wonderful young man, courteous and patient.
They say they close at 7 PM but actually, they lock the door five minutes before. So don’t try rushing to buy a wiper blade, thinking that it’s just a quick purchase.
