This store is ridiculous. I bought a part, they ordered it from Calgary (they said 5-7 business days). More than 2 weeks later, the staff called, told me that part came in and ready for pick up. Came to pick it up, part is nowhere to be found. The staff told me today that they will call me first thing in the morning tomorrow to give me an update. They will still have to find out who called me the other day and where the heck is the part I bought. There is no system, there is no control at all.
Waited outside MORAY and PORTAGE location since 850 am. Said they opened at 9 am. At 904 I saw a parts source guy drive in and make eye contact with me waiting outside. He went into the back and at 915 still had not opened the door, now there was a line up of clients. I ran to the back to ask if they would be able to open and serve us and they casually said “ no we are too busy and short staffed” . If you rent tools from them, make sure to hang on to your paperwork. They'll use every excuse to not refund you if you don't have your copy, from lying about not having a copy, to claiming that it's late. I did eventually get my $156 back for a low-end torque wrench (returned on-time), but only after loudly arguing. Transaction audit took 30 seconds, and was easily done. Scammy jerks
