Excellent customer service at the Highland branch, called to check on the availability of a part, was given 3 options. Went down to pick up the park less than 10 mins later and it was there waiting for me with my name on it. I had to return the old caliper when I put on the refurbished one to get a hold back, at every interaction the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Well done guys,
I've been to this store twice. I don't know how trained the so called staffers are but the guy who looks like a Kung Fu Panda has zero customer service skills. Then I realized his fade and stone face reminds me of someone who escaped NKR. Keep up the good work man and don't choke on your dumplings.

I was in this store on May 22nd, buying a part for my truck, the worker JORDAN helped me, it was the worst service I have ever received in my entire life, he was rude, he didn't give me information about the part I needed, he discriminated against me for not speaking English well, he didn't want to talk to me; the manager of this store should send him to take a course on personal relationships or how to deal with stress etc, because of this worker I will never return to this store, how many sales are they losing because of t... read more
