They definitely don't deserve these 3.6 stars, 0 stars, a lot more realistic for these guys. Total waste of my time.
The manager was a woman in her 40- 50, very rude I waited while she was on the phone for 10 minutes, then I told her that I needed brake pads backwards and forwards I wrote her the model and brand of the car She asked me the row of seats I didn't understand why she asked me that, but she said that unless I answered her she couldn't help me and I tried to understand because I don't speak English well I tried to understand and she refused me I had to go and buy it in another place... Kim the “Manager” was very rude, I waited 5 minutes at the counter as she sat around before serving me. To when she told me there’s nothing she could do about the FAULTY part they sold me and that I’d have to pay extra and drive to a different location for the good working part I paid for. she REFUSED to return the faulty part and said “exchange only” but has no part to exchange it with! after waisting my weekend installing a bad part they sold me they have no part to exchange me with and won’t offer me a refund!
