Not customer friendly staff, but behaviour.
The customer service at PartSource Vaughan is absolutely terrible. The employee(Amritpal)was rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked both knowledge and willingness to help. Instead of providing assistance, She acted dismissive and made the entire experience frustrating. It’s shocking that someone with such a poor attitude is dealing with customers. I will never return to this store and strongly advise others to avoid it.
Turns out, it's the same place Canadian Tire orders parts from. I ordered my calipers, picked them up next day. Very cordial people. I'd recommend this as a good place for auto parts.
