Their parts descriptions , they advertise new and it was used , we bought a tail light for a a vehicle from them that was advertised on car-parts.com they advertise that part was new oem surplus , I send my drive to pick up the part , first they gave him the wrong side then after coming back , they gave him a used part and our invoice it shows brand new oem surplus . What a joke .

I ordered a set of sun visors for my 03 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, after having a hard time finding the exact right color and correct year, I finally found them here and would you know they arrived in San Angelo less than 24 hours after I paid for them!!!! Needed a part which I sent pictures and all the information to ensure my trip from galveston was not a wasted trip! I was told they had the exact part I needed so after an hour drove to Pearland! Yeap you guessed it, we doubt have it! Never again using this guys!
