Good service center. They were able to help me out. Also some nice cars in the lot.
The Volkswagen Service Department is great! The service area is so clean and the staff is helpful and kind. Thank you to Bill and his team for taking care of me and my new Atlas.
Service department is terrible, will drive to further dealers for any service I need done. Took my vehicle in for an issue and all they said was first that I was using cheap gas, then secondly on the next time in for the same problem that it was normal. So you felt something before when I told you the gas I was using, but then couldn't find anything (after leaving the car for several days) after using the brand recommended for weeks and the problem is still happening... Just ridiculous in my opinion.
