Use their data recovery service with caution! I took my SSD here because they offered a data recovery service. As my drive was very damaged, I had to place a $400 deposit that was refundable in the event that data was unrecoverable -- this was in writing. Unfortunately, the data was not recoverable and apparently neither was the deposit!
