I will never deal with this company again! It took from 6/25/21 to 7/7/21 to get my order. None of the deck mower parts were the correct ones for my mower. I immediately called their contact number. No one answers and there is a recording saying that the voicemail is full and that you can't leave a message. I emailed my concerns to them and no answer. Terrible customer service. No working phone number. They accepted payment instantly, but it took from exactly Sept 1st to December 3 to receive the order in full. Without the help of the Florida BBB I feel that my money and time would have been permanently stolen from Greendade Outdoor. I never thought that a business could be so half hazard about taking care of customers. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. THANK YOU BBB! If I had only known.... Horrible service, do not buy ANYTHING from this company. Paid for 2 day shipping, parts not sent. No working phone numbers, no response to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !
Sent wrong part. Poor/no communication. Difficult to obtain refund. Buyers beware, you have been warned!
The worst business experience i've ever had (and im a verizon customer so thats BAD). They sent me the wrong parts and I couldn't get ahold of them to replace them. So now i'm stuck with well over $100.00 in parts that I cant use. DO NOT do business with these people!!!!
No replies to my emails and they dont have an active phone number...worst online dealer. They sent me the wrong tires that will fit on my mower but not what I ordered, not to mention the tires I orderd were $9 dollars apiece more then the ones I received! I would never do business with them again! Now im stuck with cheap tires that I didn't want!
Wrong parts and then never got the Right parts and their number and their suppliers number cannot be reached. Nobody answers the phone.
Terrible customer service! I ordered a mower deck rebuild kit and two pulleys do not work with the stock pulley caps. I had to reinstall the factory pulleys with the factory pulley caps. I emailed customer service and explained the discrepancy I sent photos and asked what solution they could provide.
