Very poor customer service. I was not provided with an order confirmation or invoice. I have contacted them and they will only confirm tat my order was shipped. I have no proof that I made a purchase or other documentation.
Parts_Giant Motorcycle parts reseller: Horrible company, I ordered from them, order confirmed, order shipped, no tracking numbers, a week later, order is cancelled, claiming it was lost. Scam Ebay department, they must be taking $ under the table. Price of item increases substantially, items relisted. STAY AWAY! I'm sticking with Sport Bike Track Gear, they always do the right thing for me.
