Customer Service – They could have had better customer service there. I went there the day after Thanksgiving. When I went to pay for my parts, the cashier, did not speak to us, (I was with my son), or smile, or ask us how was everything, or anything else along those lines. I really did not think that she was going to thank us after we paid for our purchase but she did. However, she did not ask us to return or say it was a pleasure or any other form of gratitude for our patronage.
go see! – they are a very good place to go if you need a part for a good price i would go check it out for yourself ..
convenient yet not cheap yet not – parts galore is a good place to go when you need a part that is minor AND specific to your car.something like bolts or interior door handles.but sometimes you need things like a battery post ,door lock/power window switch,instrument cluster, or a dashboard -then-you're out of luck. if you need something like a radiator,you would probably come out better going to a junkyard that keeps an inventory because if you have to pay $55 dollars for one from parts galore,someone who works there should... read more
Somewhat good place, but i wouldnt recomend it – The good part about Parts Galore is their selection of cars in their yard. They are organized and easy to find what you want. The bad part is their prices. For someone without a lot of money trying to fix their car, i expected to get what i needed for a good price but i was wrong. I found the same thing for almost half the price at Scrapbusters in Wayne. I would recomend if you are looking for used parts, go there. TRY THE OTHER GUYS FIRST IT'S CHEAPER – They are price gougers, they charge you admission to get in where others don't. They charge unreasonable core charges on junk (that the other guys don't) and core charges expire after 30 days. It was clean and neat but if your out to save money (which is why most of us repair ourselves with used parts) then it is a rip off . You'll pay more then at the other guys....guaranteed
