After being a customer since opening. I went to replace a door panel for the third time on my wifes aerostar. To find that they only one aerostar on the lot . the door panels were broken so I thought they would give me deal . Nope ,they tried to charge more than the $7.00, I paid in the past for the same door panel which I bought 3 times at that location. They told me the door panel now cost $14.99 each. Last time they waste my time!!
Their prices are HIGH! No I'm not Cheap either! I'm just comparing them to other Junkyards. Not a good place to go unless you have too. Not very friendly staff or Managers either. Too bad, this could be a good place.
you can not get a better deal for your money. Most engines can be started up and they wheel out a charger, and a cherrypicker to pull the engine. You can buy extended warranties. An engine might cost $1200 at Schrams or Acme in Pontiac, and you get it for $400 or so
You can't get a better deal than this. If I have had a good friend tell me about this business my truck would be parked because I wouldn't have been able to afford the parts. I recently purchased $265.00 in parts for $26.99 and a little labor on my behalf. I actually enjoy going to remove the parts. It's like treasure hunting.
i thought it was nice. the prices are posted after you pay to get in and in the yard as well. you will need to bring your own tools and test equipment. also they switch the cars every other week
This place is huge! They don't answer phones because they have too many cars to keep an inventory. This is a "pick and pull" type place. They have a huge yard of vehicles, categorized by type. you find the vehicle that has the parts you want, and you remove the parts yourself. This is the cheapest place for parts, I got in a front end collision with a 94' crown vic. It was considered totalled, and I got all the parts from this place for about $100 after a paintjob, to match the colors, it'll look brad new!
This business never answers the phone. How can you ever find out if they even carry the part you're looking for? They either don't answer the phone, or you're connected directly to their "On Hold" service and then disconnected after holding for a few minutes.
