Rings and rings and rings, and then automated message kicks in saying "your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available agent". Apparently my call isn't very important if I am routinely "waiting for the next available agent" for 30+ minutes every single time I call.
MVI was performed at this space according to the sticker number on the Mazda 3 we bought elsewhere. And less than 6 months later we have a quote for $16k to repair all the rotten out parts that according to Mazda should never have passed an MVI. On trying to call to ask them how they would make it right, got bounced from person to person and eventually the call dropped. So dangerous to pass a car that has since been condemned less than 6 months later. Someone could have got really hurt. Sad but will have to take to court
