Customer service is always fantastic. Always. Seriously. I have never had an issue.. they're even designing a 3 way crossover network for me! Love it.
I just opened a package that came over 45 days ago to find out the measurements are wrong off the website and it will not fit. I called customer service and they told me my only option was to sell it on a forum. It's new in the plastic still. Not sure why the customer service representative was so unwilling to help but this made me not want to use your company in the future. Please let me know if I have any other options
Very pleasant to deal with. Had the foam surrounds for my Cerwin Vega Re30, shipped out just an hr or so after my order and delivered on time, as expected. Had instructional video to use as a reference. Had questions about a few things and was handled in a professional and timely manner. Will be a returning customer for sure.
Good selection of parts. If you live in Canada, look on ebay or Amazon first. They'll ship thousands of miles in the USA for free, and charge 150$ to ship 10 miles across the border.
I'm one of "those" people that when they put something together it NEVER works the first time. I ordered some replacement speakers and crossovers and when I hooked it all up... MUSIC! Thanks Parts Express!!!
