While I have always received good customer service and fair prices in the years I've been ordering from Parts Express, my last two orders have contained incorrect items. They have both been similar to the item ordered which leads me to believe that the issue lies with the stock puller. I'm not sure if you guys cut out the order verification position or what, but when I have to contact you to get the correct item sent it costs me time and costs you product and shipping costs. Have been with these guys for a while - quick service, great support if you need it, prompt shipping - and GREAT prices!
I was suprised when they called me. Eric in service walked me through an attempted repair and when that didn't work out he took the unit back and replaced it, ! I felt like that commercial where someone finally gives a damn and you want to hug them. Metaphoricaly of course, but I've been dealing with bad companies like bed bath and BS and others who don't even bother to respond to consumers legitimate problems. I will be a Parts Express customer for life now.
I had to return a speaker that was chipped in shipping. The box wasn't sturdy enough to carry the speaker. I still haven't gotten my refund yet and the person on the phone said that they credited the money so some other person's american express card instead of mailing me the check. I will not use parts express anymore and tell others! Also it took a long time on hold!
