The Warehouse manager Raymond at the Tucson location was very helpful. He went above and beyond for my husband and I trying to locate a part for our truck. He deserves a raise for sure. His customer service was outstanding. When someone takes the time to locate a part like that and the time and not just brush us off means a lot. I would recommend that store to anyone and ask for Raymond to assist you cause you will be treated very well and not feel like you are a bother. Good prices i purchased an alternator for $100
Staff at the front desk seemed more occupied by their cell phones than attending to customers. The older gentleman was also down right rude. It then took 20 minutes for my brake pads to come from the onsite warehouse and it was only 10am!
