buy a crankshaft sensor and a camshaft sensor for my 2009 jeep grand cherokee I didn't use them because my mechanic got me the original parts, so I went today to return them. They are not professional,rude and racist. They sell used and wrong parts.
Parts Authority: 500 Pine Air Dr., Bayshore, NY. Who is the person in the picture working here? Is their job to cause trouble for customers, argue, and consistently order the wrong parts? They refused to take back the battery they provided (BMW battery), claiming it was used. They continuously make returns difficult and argue over a canceled battery service.
