Worst customer service ever I call in to order an engine mount, then I needed to add a transmission mount mind. You, I tried to call both locations belmore, very unprofessional, and Rockville center, very unprofessional, and I can't get ahold of anybody because what I wanted to do was to change brand of the motor mount. And the phone keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. And it's been like this all day might as well. Just order the parts on rock auto save the hassle, don't bother with these people
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. This is the place to get automotive parts and advice from real professionals. If they dont have it they know where to get it. Execellent parts look up and OEM cross reference.
Save your receipt. They give the wrong parts and offer no exchange without receipt.
