Was on hold for 20 minutes after waiting I called from another phone and got through. Asked if they had parts, they said they did and I told them I was headed to their location to pick it up. When I arrive they have 9 workers and none of them have a clue where this part is, then tell me it’s being delivered. Where to? I never asked to deliver it, I specifically said I was on my way to pick it up. Where are they going to deliver it if I never gave them an address ?
