Partnership employees are selected for their lack of compassion. Calling is a degrading experience and frustrated clients are harrassed. Confused clients, disabled clients are mocked, laughed at. Frustrated or angry clients are punished. A dysfunctional enterprise that mostly stands BETWEEN patients and healthcare. A guard dog for an extremely profitable industry.
Worst place to work at. There are people who stay quiet just to have a job which is sad especially when racism does happen. This place definitely needs to be investigated from all departments. All the other one star reviews about this company are valid. Zero training and its favoritism/ racism that occurs.
