Had a very positive first experience at the Burlington Urgent Care. Was seen to promptly and all the staff was very kind and courteous.

I was diagnosed with fluid in my ears with a possible ear infection. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy a Walgreens that was not 24 hours and they gave me issues to fill at the 24hour pharmacy. I am happy I didn’t get the prescription because I went to see my doctor the next morning and was advised that I had very little fluid but no infection so there was no need for antibiotics. My doctor did a flu test as well. No flu test conducted at this facility. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The ladies were nice but ... read more

Hi i was at this Partners Urgent care just the other day on my break at work. I had a great experience, I thought Elise McInerney was so insightful, helpful and thoughtful with helping answer some of my questions and concerns. As someone who works in fine dining I appreciate great hospitality and kind people. Thanks so much.
