Horrible services. No consideration for time on anyone else’s end. Our seller used Paul for closing and he was not on time on multiple occasions. Calls were forwarded to an automated voice answering service. He stated he would have documents ready in the morning for the deposit deadline but didn’t respond until an hour prior to our bank’s closing hours. We had to wait a few hours after our agreed upon appointment time in the closing office for him to hand deliver the documents.
