Not very polite and welcoming receptionists. Scheduled an appointment between 9:00- 11:00 they never showed up and when I called. I was told they are in a meeting. Nit very considerate for people’s time.
Plumbers are skilled but customer service is not good
We had Tim out today with Partners plumbing for a stuffed drain. He was very clean, prompt and polite. They gave us a time Window and he was there on time. The owner was also very friendly and responsive on the phone. Tim did a Great job and cleaned up after himself like he wasn't even there!! Tim did my brother's place recently and my brother said the same thing. The prices were fair for the job.. and we will definitely use him and refer our friends to Partners Plumbing again! Please thank Tim for us! Really great
