I tried calling 4 times. Once disconnected then not transferred to case managers voice mail then transferred to an unknown persons voicemail. Called again and person answering the phone could care less about hearing my concerns. Just transferred me again. This place is very unorganized and no one there can care less.
Hell on Earth is what this place should be called. If you care about yourself or your loved one do not waste your time here.
Never here to pick me up for appointments when the day before they promise they have it set up this happened at least 5 times
Yeah like it matters they don't think you matter
When they can remember to actually help people get to their appointments like they say they would and not just "durr I forgot", I'll consider a higher review. People's lives could be at risk and your answer is "Uhh sorry I forgot. Let me transfer you to 7 different people."
