Very poorly managed. Staff doesn't answer phones during business hours when a patient has a scheduled appointment. Highly unprofessional.
Reading these reviews make me so sad. This place was never perfect. Nothing went back to normal after Covid. I haven’t had a home visit since I was with Terros in 2018. The level of care especially for mentally ill patients is beyond comprehension nobody cares. It’s as if they are trying to get people to unalive themselves so they can make more money by locking people away in 18th century conditions. They wouldn’t let me have a virtual appointment because I had a few no shows none of them on purpose I have kids one a 13yr ol... read more
These people are diagnosing clients as SMI just so they could make more money on them. They are no help and they are horrible
