I've never sat in a waiting room at Partners in Pediatrics, nor have we ever waited anywhere else there other than a few minutes for on-premise lab stuff to happen. The office is always spotless, medical and admin staff know you by name, and they remember your kids and their histories. Dr. Smith is knowledgeable and professional, and is usually the person who answers the members line on weekends. Our kids feel comfortable and safe there. Couldn't ask for more, really.
My family appreciates Dr. Smith and everyone at Partners in Pediatrics. Dr. Smith is a wealth of helpful knowledge. She and her staff always respond quickly to our questions and go above and beyond any other doctor I’ve ever seen. During these times, we really love the fact that we walk right into a room and our appointment promptly begins. There’s no crowded waiting room or waiting forever for to be seen! Truly a concierge practice.
