I’m supposed to feel comfortable taking my kids somewhere for pediatric care. Which, I do like my kids Dr. She’s honest, she communicates. But things still need work. I call and ask questions for a nurse or my kids Dr. And I barely EVER get a call back same day. If I call Thursday or Friday morning, I still don’t get a call back until Monday. Or last second Friday to take them to urgent care. I no longer feel comfortable leaving questions or concerns cause it takes FOREVER to hear back. This is supposed to be a place for kid... read more

Dr Roundy was fantastic! We switched from another ped clinic in town and couldn’t be happier. She was thorough and talked to my child not just to me. She was kind and patient and did I mention thorough??
Dr Loomis is an incredible physician! She has been seeing our son since his very first appointment after birth. She will address every concern that we bring up and has helped us build confidence in our journey as first time parents. We truly appreciate her patience with us and the care she provides our son. We will recommend her to any parent looking for a pediatrician and continue seeing her as long as we can.
