Make this your pediatric office if you like an office that puts financial profit over children’s health. We have been taking our 3 children here for 6 years and have watched this place grow in practice but lose major qualities that made it a great pediatrician office. They have awful communication among staff and other departments (front desk and billing) and completely lost the warm kid-friendly office environment that they used to have. We love everyone here.
This Office was very helpful and was going to schedule us for an urgent appointment because my daughter has a rare genetic disorder. That all changed as soon I mentioned that she was on Medicaid. We had to go with Medicaid because she has a permanent disability and needs a waiver. As soon as they asked for insurance they said they’re no longer taking new patients. I guess they don’t need anymore to fill their quota for the year so my daughter with special needs is just out of luck. Smells like discrimination.
Meg was great! She gave us helpful feedback on our questions and concerns around growth, sleep, and diet. She also had great baby interactions and helped make the visit low stress for everybody.
