Pound 4 Pound Fitness chose to join hands in partnership with Doctor Ryan because he is the absolute best at what he does. I personally use Doctor Ryans services for A.R.T treatment as well as adjustments. Testimonial: I tore my hip flexor many years ago and have struggle with pain on a daily basis. I've been seeing Dr. Deniz for 5 weeks now for ART and Webster at the recommendation of friends to help me deal with SPD/pelvic pain. It has made a world of difference and it helps so much that Dr. Deniz is an avid athlete and understands what I am going through. I've been seeing Dr. Deniz for A.R.T for about three weeks now to work on my tight muscles. It's always a great experience. He's a very friendly, talkative guy so there aren't any awkward silences which I was worried about before my first session. He's also more than happy to explain to you in medical terminology what he's doing if you ask (which is helpful if you, say, want to google stretches for the same muscles he is targeting). And of course, most importantly, I am seeing results.
