They forgot they were giving me a tour and had me come all the way to their office after already arriving at the property. They also never gave me my ID back when they took a copy.

Dealing with them is very easy as they're responsive. But that is the end of anything positive I have to say about that. Additionally, I will point out that when I first moved into my apartment, there were appliances that were not working, there were dozens of exposed nails on the flooring that I nearly stepped on (I had to hammer in myself), and other issues. Horrible company to rent from, their receptionist Jordens so beyond rude. She has no business in any type of customer interactions. They will not answer your questions or hold up their end of leases'. Do not recommend renting from them unless you just like headaches
