My wife and I were referred to Partlo property management by a friend. Molly and staff were very accommodating as we were moving from a different city. Great communication and overall great experience all around.
They do a great job in taking care of issues that have come up in my rental house. They have been quick to respond and get any issues resolved quickly.

I scheduled a tour with Partlo and flew to Michigan to come see their properties. They did not show up and did not respond to my calls. I had to fly back home before they got back in touch with me. When they did I was assured they would "help me find somewhere" and that we could get a video tour because I wasn't going to be able to tour in person. They forgot they were giving me a tour and had me come all the way to their office after already arriving at the property. They also never gave me my ID back when they took a copy.
