Beautiful, high-end jewelry; down-home atmosphere – I noticed that trittipo's post on 9/17/05 never had a follow-up. I'm thinking that when they finally called the correct phone number, they got their item back to their satisfaction. Otherwise, they would have come back to rant some more. Editorial Review – Marina district showroom sells fine jewelry, including engagement rings, wedding bands and other customized pieces.
Poor customer service – I brought a ring in for sizing here over three weeks ago, and they said they would have it ready for me within 2 weeks. It's been three weeks, and it's still not ready. When I called to check on it, no one answered the phone. This place is nice if you're in the mood for overpriced jewelry, but if you want customer service, I would go elsewhere.
Sparkling Experience – I have been a customer of Partita and a fan of Calvin's (the owner) work for over 3 years. The jewelry is always top quality, the prices are consistently competitive and the service is extraordinary. You always feel comfortable in the shop whether you are simply browsing for fun or purchasing one of Calvin's fabulous custom designs! I recently purchased a beautiful diamond pendant that I absolutely adore and will cherish for many, many years to come.
