This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waste your time calling them — it’s not worth the effort. If you do manage to reach someone, they’re unhelpful and will immediately transfer you to someone who has nothing to do with your issue. Even worse, if you try calling the same number again, they seem to recognize your number and simply stop answering. Terrible customer service and a completely unprofessional experience.
Bev is the most unprofessional property manager we have ever encountered and Parterre seems to support her behaviour as her direct supervisors do nothing about it.
