I’ve dealt with foreign doctors before and I will always believe they’re in it for the paycheck, but he wasn’t so bad. At least he kept me on my regular meds. But I don’t like that he changed my diagnosis from bipolar to ???? Oh well. We will see what happens as I continue to see him for now..

This guy has the personality of a wet mop. He will not make eye contact and has absolutely no sense of humor. He stares at his computer, makes a few notes and you are out of there in less than 5 minutes. A little shady too.....billed my insurance company $6500.00 for a urine drug screen.

This doctor does not care AT all about his patients. He is simply a pill pusher. He doesn't care who you are, what you have, or what you're going through. He youwill come up with some sort of 'idea' of what you're 'suffering from', and prescribe a medication. If that medication doesn't work, good luck, because he won't give you any useful information about a new prescription. Additionally, the staff there is uncaring, lazy, and irresponsible. Do not waste your time here.

Dr. Partap shows that 50 years in the business is a good reason to change a profession. He constantly refused to accept my calls, gave me a medicine that he was already told would give me a panic attack, and referred to me, who is going under treatment for Bipolar, as 'scary.'

I have a well-documented history of depression & bipolar disorder but needed a new doctor since I am new to the area. Dr. Partap began laughing when I told him I my depression seemed to be concurrent with menstruation. When I told him I was adopted & not aware of my medical history, he stated rolled his eyes and wrote a prescription for Xanax and told me to have a good day. It was the most absurd interaction I have ever had with a doctor. Never returned, but did receive a $300 bill for the visit

Hard to understand. I have anxiety and Asperger's syndrome. He prescribed me anti-anxiety medication that made me drowsy and too calm. After taking one pill, I threw the bottle out. Plus, there habit-forming, and I don't want to turn into an addict. Then just to cancel an appointment, I was put on hold for 20 minutes; no option to leave a message. Not worth it.

Employees have been very rude, condescending, and impossible to talk to. Most of the patients are there because they are struggling with problems, this office staff needs to be reprimanded, at the very least, & fired....without recieving unemployment benefits. Employee's name, Dixie, in charge of prescription refills, does not need to be in this position...she needs to be Fired She is a reflection of the physicians reputation. Dr Partap needs to evaluate his employees. Fire this employee
