So our roadside assistance contracts with this company and they were dispatched to pick up our broken down vehicle. We were given a time of 8:07 pm and had to sit for two hours waiting for them only to find out at 8:15 that they called and cancelled; so a new company had to be dispatched. Now we are stuck waiting another two hours! Would’ve been nice if they would’ve cancelled the dispatch immediately or even an hour ahead of their scheduled time.
