My brakes went out in my car. Had to have it towed so I do so with my insurance app and it was insanely easy. They are in a town 40-45 minutes from me. I get an arrival quote with that time and within 5 minutes of the request being put in, I get a call from the driver he will be where I am in 20 minutes. I have had the worst day ever! At hospital all day with my brother. On the way home, car broke down. Paul was so nice. He towed me to Germaine Ford and then I heard that my brother is not doing well. So HE TOoK ME TO THE HOSPITAL!! That is going over and above the call of duty. He has been working a 16 hour Shift and he still helped me! I highly recommend this company!
I will definitely recommend Parsons to all of my friends! Kevin arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, polite and treated me and my car with care and respect. Smart aleck dispatch and when you let them know you are not happy..they dump a roadside call. Avoid at all costs.. unless you want to be left stranded. AWFUL!!!!!
