Worst body shop I've ever been to, not only did it take weeks longer than they told me but when I picked up my car it was literally covered in a later of dust and dirt. PLUS it still had damaged parts on it when I got it back from them. WORST BODY SHOP IN ILLINOIS, if you value your cars DO NOT take them here.
Had my car repaired here and a few days afterwards was having some issues. Called them and they took care of everything - towing it from my house to the shop and fixing whatever needed to be done. About 3 months later noticed some other issues that may have been related to the collision. They fixed these too without hesitation. My repair was done on time and wonderfully. Also, not only was the car washed on the outside, but they detailed the interior fantastically! I work at a nature center, and have wierd, random things in my car at most times. They moved the rocks I had collected and set in the back seat floor board, vacuumed, then put them back. It looked as good as the day I picked it up new at the dealer!
I took my Lexus to Parsons this morning to have some minor repairs done. I needed a ride back home. This guy came out and we went to my car and proceeded on route to my residence. We were chatting and I asked him what kind of work he did at Parsons. I was pleasantly surprised to have the owner riding with me! Very cool that the owner would offer to give someone a ride home.
