Very unreliable. Just read the google reviews and reviews on other sites. On two separate occasions Mr Parsons said he would be coming to take a look at our appliances. No call, no show both times. Should’ve trusted my intuition the first time when he told me he was coming. Didn’t sound right. But I attempted again and same. Horrible service. Will never use this company and will advise others. All he had to do was be honest.

Well I'm not sure what happened with your call but we try to get to every one but with the Pandemic and the shortage of appliances everyone needs us to fix everything so we do all we can to get to every one in a timely manner we do get about 75 calls a week so just be patient and we will get to you we also service people with refrigerators and freezers befor we service a dishwasher or washer or dryer Sorry for your Anger and Sorry to loose your business Hope You Have A Nice Day

Bobby is always ready to help. I have called him on several occasions and he's there as soon as possible. He has even answered questions for me, and gave me good advice, since I moved out of state. He is the best. I would recommend him to any and everyone. Bobby is also a very fair man. Who else could you call on a holiday just as you are cooking and, yep, the stove goes out. Bobby understands these type of problems come up and he will be there to help you.

Great at appliance repair very pleased with all that they have done for me
Called to set up appointment at 9 on Friday, was told they could come at 10 on Saturday. At 11:40 Saturday I called to get an estimate on when they were coming and was told “it’ll be a few hours.” Called back at 5 to find out why we hadn’t been contacted and when they were coming and no one answered. Called from a different phone number and got an answer and was told they weren’t coming out and could try Monday. Horrible customer service and wasted our time.
