Absolutely, unequivocally the place NOT TO SEND in your watch for repair. Under warranty I sent in my Tommy Hilfiger watch ($80 new) and paid the $12 shipping and handling. I really should have listened to the reviews here, but I ignored them. I get an invoice for $38. They said "the hands" are not covered by the warranty. Below IS THE WARRANTY, which says nothing about the hands.
