I recently left a jade and gold braclet with Perry's Jeweller's for a quote for a repair. This week I received an SMS that the braclet was ready for pickup. When I went to shop to pick the bracelet, the repair had already been made and the cost was $125. When I said that the bracelet had been left for a repair quote, the sales assistant agreed that it had but gave no explanation why the work had been completed without my consent, simply saying the jeweller was not available. From my very first visit to Parrys Jewellers enquiring about remodelling and repairing some jewellery, to collecting the stunning remakes, I found the staff to be very attentive and helpful. They were very appreciative of sentimentalities and diligent with paperwork and checking designs. They made me feel like my little project was important and I felt valued throughout the whole process. Many thanks to all at Parrys, especially Leonie, whose enthusiasm and ideas when I first enquired inspired me to proceed.
Parrys Jewellers was a wonderful on-line find. They had exactly what I was looking for at a good price and posted it the same day. The package arrived in quick time and the items in fine condition. Great service...I'm one very happy customer.
The team at Parrys are all just so lovely and they went above and beyond to help me design and then create my dream wedding band. The quality and craftsmanship cant even compare to chain stores, and the costing was fair and on point with other quotes we had done in Brisbane. Would only trust them moving forward, highly recommend!
Wonderful jewellery store , staff are always helpfully and always go the extra mile to get you what you want Highly recommend also stock Swarovski which is the best.
