Fantastic service. Went in to get a bracelet repaired . Done quickly and a great price. Went back 15 minutes later and purchased a gorgeous pearl necklace! Lovely store, lovely service. Thankyou so much.
I have left three stars as I do really like the watch face I received and appreciate the effort put in by staff to correct the issues, however there were some problems with this order. I ordered the watch shown below but with a silver face, it was shown as having quite a nice leather strap that appeared durable. The strap was the main reason for my ordering through Parry's as Adina didn't have it in stock. The watch I received was the correct face but on a very flimsy leather band. Wonderful jewellery store , staff are always helpfully and always go the extra mile to get you what you want Highly recommend also stock Swarovski which is the best. Michael had run a wonderful business and will be truly missed when he retires.
