Excellent... sit at the bar ask for david, cody, or judd.. super cool...
Service was just ok. The food left some to be desired. They had to redo the fries because the first time they were cold and soggy and the shrimp sauce had way to much horseradish in it.
My wife loves the thin fried catfish, and the grilled duck is outstanding!!! I have tried almost every fish dinner they serve and haven't had a bad one. But for the last three visits I have had the grilled duck.
First time eating Gumbo. Man I'm hooked. It's was awesome. When I'm back in town. Definitely going back

The food here is terrific, service outstanding. When in Baton Rouge you must eat here.
I Wouldn't Suggest It. I thought it would have been a little better..
I was in Baton Rouge, yesterday attending church, so we decided to stop by a restaurant to eat before we headed back home. I don't know anything about Baton Rouge so we Google Baton Rouge top 10 best restaurants and we ran across Parrains. It was awesome, we had a very short wait, and the food was great.
The food was amazing and the waitress knew the menu. She even recommended my entree that was delicious. She checked on us for drink refills and a togo box. It took a while to get the check but hey that food made up for it.
