Everything we ordered tasted like their using prepackaged already made food. I had half shrimp and half fish with potatoes and rice. Way too much batter on both. The egg plant was soggy and the chargrilled oysters looked like brown gravy you pour over rice. The best thing that came to the table was the Caesar salad. The waitress acted as though she couldn't care less about getting a tip. We paid our tabs and told the manager our concerns. They've lost their touch!
Definitely a must go to for anyone visiting Baton Rouge!
Ultimately the best place i have ever had food at in baton rouge but...... a very confused managment staff that has forgotten about the customer is always right in a very fare proposition i ordered drinks a wonderful appetizer of stuffed mushrooms and soup and salad which again was outstanding. But..... when i went to order a pontchartrain one of the most expensive meals on the menu it comes with a side and salad which the salad i have already enjoyed u then asked to substitute my salad for a side and pay the difference from... read more
We dined in on Saturday night expecting craziness because of recent graduations. However, the wait was not extremely long and despite how busy our server was she gave us EXCELLENT service. She took time to ask what we needed and even stood around the table to entertain to my dad's awful jokes, all with a smile on her face.
We stop here every time we come through town. Always have excellent food and great service and the price is cheap for what you get! Y'all are one of my favorite restraunts!
Awesome food, great service definitely worth the trip..
The hostages was not good at all, we waited for three hours on a table and they still didn't sit all of is together. The waiters was great and the food was amazing
