1 issue. I wanted to order the seafood platter and swap out the Gumbo because my GF did not want the okra in it and they simply refused and said it's a rule from upper management. Basically said I could order a different soup at extra cost and let the gumbo just sit there untouched because of thier golden rule to never sub out the gumbo. Silly rule. Simple fix.
The blacken shrimp Caesar salad is delicious. It is an off the menu item. Just ask for it
I loved it, you don't walk away hungry. I had fried catfish with a crawfish etouffe sauce, my wife had the fried catfish. The service was great also.
This was my wife and I first time eating at Parrains, after the Awesome food, serve and extremely clean place. I'm speechless, nothing but good things to say. We were out with another couple, I paid the check it was $109.00 and the food was worth every penny. My wife and I, Will Be Back, I invite you to please go see and taste for yourself don't just take my word.
Most amazing seafood I've ever had. The oysters alone are worth the trip from anywhere in Louisiana. And the staff very polite and knowledgeable about the menu.
Hubby and I just tried this place and absolutely loved the food! We were surprised by just how good everything was and not expensive. Definitely eating here any time we're in town.

I ordered the shrimp, crawfish and crab pasta. It was good except I didn't have any crab in my dish! I didn't complain but it was noticed! Good place to dine!
