Went here to my cousins bday...then brought the family, from Texas, back for my moms bday and we love it so much we'll be back for her bday coming next week. Food & staff are great !!11
Great food service and fair price. The grilled osters are always a hit.
Horrible service and food the last time we were there. It's never been great, but has gotten so bad. The oysters were dime-sized and gritty. Freezing cold in bar area. There are too many other really good restaurants in Baton Rouge, no need to go to Parrains.
Excellent food and staff, great atmosphere, nice patio. If there's a wait for a table in the restaurant you can almost always go sit in the bar or patio and seat yourself.

Never had alligator before, but I'm glad it was this place for my first experianc!!
