I can’t thank Petra enough. I’ve worked with her on decking and railing orders and she is the best, most helpful sales rep that I’ve worked with at any company. She thinks outside the box to help me in every situation that I’m in and she’s super fast on all of my orders and super responsive. She keeps me coming back to Parr lumber for all of my orders because I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.
Awful company.
I have visited the Bothell location of Parr Lumber twice now to view decking materials. They have a great display of the colors and railings available. On our second visit, we spoke with Petra who was able to offer us additional insight into the various levels of decking materials we were considering and suggest alternatives that might save us money on our project. Petra was very friendly, listened to our questions and concerns, and added significant value to our visit.
