I was calling in orders for my job. Was asked my phone number. I assumed my orders were being tracked so keeping reciepts was unnecessary. Same as home depot or lowes any other contractor business. I was never asked to make an account. Then turns out none of my orders could be found later on. They are very slow to process orders. Im not sure if prices are lower than lowes or home depot.
