Gary was nothing short of amazing! He was so detailed and answered my (way too many) questions. He gave good information on projects that should be addressed vs those that can wait. He gave advice on regular house maintenance to be aware of as well. He made me feel comfortable by offering any assistance answering questions in the future as well. HIGHLY recommend! I did the home, mold, termite and radon inspections.

Gary did a fantastic job on the inspection, he also came back a second time after it rained to double check everything. Very thorough and genuinely cared about our new home purchase. A+++

Was very responsive. Gary worked with us. He provided an easy to understand and helpful report for home we were buying. Would recommend him for your home inspection.

I've used Parr Home Inspections twice now and was impressed with the level of detail both times. First time was with a new build where Gary inspected the structure every step of the way which was amazing because it caught mistakes from the builders early on. More recently I had him inspect a pre-existing home along with termite/radon inspections and the detailed report was just as impressive as the first time. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an inspector.
