I've used Parr Home Inspections twice now and was impressed with the level of detail both times. First time was with a new build where Gary inspected the structure every step of the way which was amazing because it caught mistakes from the builders early on. More recently I had him inspect a pre-existing home along with termite/radon inspections and the detailed report was just as impressive as the first time. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an inspector.
