Run far away from 1303 It seems like a nice place at first glance, based on the model apartment, but this building is riddled with problems from day 1. The water is turned off on a weekly basis, followed by brown water coming out of faucets. The building is constantly doing "repairs" that somehow don't actually make the building any better. After a bad storm, a large portion of my ceiling was damaged from water, and this was never repaired for months until after I moved out.
