Since commencing my new tenancy I have never come across such a rude and unprofessional real estate agency. Since commencing my tenancy I had to go 7 days without hot water or a functioning toilet, have had the courtyard flooded with sewer and toilet paper, have lived with the smell of sewer in the house and a flooded garage and leaking shower! Great Result with Great Agent! . As adult siblings selling a family home of 55 years, we were quite stressed I think but John immediately made us feel at ease. Communication was excellent.
